What are DracoPoints?

• The DracoPoints are one of our ways of thanking you for joining us in our publishing adventure.
• You earn them every time you shop at our online store and use them to save on your future purchases.

How do I get them?

• It's as easy as shopping on our website. Each purchase generates DracoPoints. When you make the purchase, the system accumulates in your account the DracoPoints associated with the items.
• You will earn at least 1 DracoPoint for each Euro of your purchase. Remember that shipping costs do not generate DracoPoints, as it is a payment that we transfer to the shipping company.
• As a general rule, every 10 DracoPoints is equivalent to 1€ gift on your next purchase.

Special offers

You will find offers on some of our games! In those cases, the number of DracoPoints you earn when you buy them increases, you will see it on the product page and in the cart total.

How do I use them?

In your store profile, you can redeem the stored DracoPoints in a discount coupon, when you have a minimum balance of 50 DracoPoints (5€ coupon).

When you checkout, enter the coupon code by clicking "Do you have a promotional code?" and the discount will be applied.

How much are they worth?

As a general rule, every 10 DracoPoints is equivalent to 1€ gift on your next purchase.

Do they expire?

No, but the generated coupons expire after one year.

You have this information in your store profile, in the "My Loyalty Points" option.
